Each of our products is unique. There are no two identical diamonds for sale on our website. Most of the Diamonds that are sold on our website are authenticated by a neutral and well known Gemological Institute and sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by such Gemological Institute. Most of the diamonds that are sold on our website are provided to you with a certificate of authenticity from a neutral and well known Gemological Institute. Copies of the certificates of authenticity can be viewed on our website next to each diamond that is displayed for sale. At times, Peled Diamonds Ltd. may sell several diamonds together, either as a piece or jewelry or loose. In such case, it is possible that some of the diamonds (if any) will have a certificate and some won't. It is our prime concern to offer our customers the best service possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
- Territory
Peled Diamonds Ltd. delivers its products worldwide, in compliance to Brinks / Malca-Amit courier.
- Insurance
All shipped orders are insured by us until the product has been delivered to the Customer.
- Payment methods
Payment for the products may be made on the Internet, by telephone or by Fax. Our online clearing service is provided by PayPal.
- Internet.
All internet orders are made by the customer by filling out the e-form provided on our website. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Please note that we only ship if there is a correlation between billing and shipping address. If not, we will need to verify your address and you will be requested to fax a copy of your ID and credit card to us. When an order is made, we will remove the item from our website to avoid multiple purchases.

All orders will be collected by telephone or by receipt of the order form printable from our website.
- Order confirmation.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our acceptance to sell a product. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order but prior to shipment, to accept or decline your order for any or no reason. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices for all products sold by Peled Diamonds Ltd. are subject to change without notice. You should be aware that orders will not be processed until you receive specific confirmation that the order has been accepted.
SHIPPING
- METHOD OF DELIVERY
All orders are delivered by diamond courier specialists (such as, but not limited to, Malca Amit, Brinks etc.). Deliveries will not be made to Post Office Boxes.
- SHIPPING EXPENSES
On all purchases , delivery is complementary and shall be borne by us. The customer may be required to pay an additional symbolic fee for releasing the goods upon its entry into the country.
- PROCESSING TIME
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 48-72 hours, provided that there are no problems with payment verification. Peled Diamonds Ltd. does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
SALES TAX, VAT & CUSTOMS FEES
Peled Diamonds does not charge Sales Tax, VAT and customs fees. In some countries, such fees and taxes may apply.

RETURN POLICIES
All purchases can be returned after their delivery within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the event that a customer returns the product, all associated costs including return shipping, insurance and any other cost will be borne by the Customer. Peled Diamonds Ltd. will not be responsible for any returned item that is not actually received or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Diamonds and/or Jewelry that have been fitted, inlayed, placed, worn or modified in any way are not returnable. If a diamond and/or Jewelry is returned to us, we will only refund the purchase price once the diamond and/or Jewelry has been inspected, checked, authenticated and evaluated by a neutral and well known gemological institute. This review process can take a lot of time and Peled Diamonds Ltd. makes no guarantee or representation as to how much time this process can take. Peled Diamonds Ltd. will only refund the Customer when it is satisfied, at its sole discretion, that the returned diamond and/or Jewelry is in the exact condition in which it was originally shipped.

AVAILABILITY
We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies due to simultaneous online orders for the same product may occur. In such an instance, we will refund your payment for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges.
BLOOD DIAMONDS
All Peled Diamonds Ltd. diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with UN regulations. Our suppliers have guaranteed that the diamonds sold to us are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of the diamonds
COLOR RENDITION
We have used our reasonable efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Furthermore, the graphic images of our products are for display purposes only and are not actual images of the products. The images do not represent the size or quality of the product. Differences in the size of an image do not represent differences between any of our products.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Peled Diamonds Ltd. will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Peled Diamonds Ltd. will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
JURISDICTION; GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Peled Diamonds Ltd. and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with Peled Diamonds Ltd. invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Peled Diamonds Ltd. and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Peled Diamonds Ltd. and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
